The family office’s secure portal
This is where the family office shares documents with the people it works with — counsel, advisers, physicians and others — instead of sending them as email attachments.
How you get in
You arrive through a link in an email from secure@jjhafamily.com. The link opens a page that asks you to confirm you own the address the document was shared with, by signing in with the account for that address or by entering a six-digit code we email to it. There is no password to create and nothing to install. If you have been sent a document, open the link in your email.
What you will find
Once confirmed you see every document shared with your address, each with the date it stops being available, and you can read or download it there. Every open and download is recorded and the person who shared with you can see it. We never send documents as attachments and we will never ask you for a password.
