Using this portal
Who runs it, and who it is for
The portal at share.jjhafamily.com is run by JJHA Property Management LLC, a family office. It exists so that documents the family office shares with the people it works with reach exactly those people. It is not open to the public: you may use it only for the address a document was shared with, and only through the link and confirmation step we send you.
What we ask of you
- Use the documents shared with you for the purpose they were shared for — the matter, engagement or care you are helping with — and keep them confidential as that purpose requires.
- Do not forward the link or a code to anyone else, and do not share your sign-in. A link is for the address it names; a code works once and for ten minutes.
- Do not try to reach anything that was not shared with you, guess or test links or codes, or interfere with the portal.
- Tell us at secure@jjhafamily.com if you receive a share you did not expect, or if you think your mailbox or a link has been compromised.
What you can expect from us
A share is available until the date shown beside it. The person who shared a document may withdraw it at any time, and we may suspend or close the portal, or your access to it, when we need to. The documents remain the family's, or their owners'; sharing them here gives you the right to read and use them for the stated purpose and nothing more. We record when a share is opened, viewed or downloaded and show that to the person who shared it, as described in the privacy notice, which governs everything about your information.
Availability and liability
We provide the portal as it is, with the care a family office takes over its own papers, but without a promise that it is always available or free of faults. To the extent the law allows, the family office is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the portal or from a document being unavailable. Nothing here limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top says when we last did, and the current version is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and any dispute about them belongs to the courts there. Questions go to secure@jjhafamily.com.
